Who is responsible?

What is processed and why?

Booking uses your name, email address, selected time, invoice details where relevant, accepted terms and technical booking receipts. Online payment also returns payment status and billing details from Stripe; card details are not stored here. The information is used to perform the coaching agreement, operate the booking, send confirmations, and meet accounting obligations.

Who receives it?

Google is used for calendar invitations, Google Meet and confirmation email; Stripe for online payment; e-conomic for invoicing; Cloudflare and the private Hyperion server for delivery and hosting. Information is limited to what each function needs.

Storage and your rights

Operational booking information is kept only as long as needed for delivery, reconciliation and documentation; accounting material is retained for the legally required period. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, and complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies

The booking uses one necessary session cookie to protect your booking. No marketing cookie is required.
