Booking terms

The service and price

The first coaching conversation lasts 90 minutes and costs DKK 1,950 including VAT. Online coaching is prepaid through Stripe. In-person coaching at Kirkebjerg Allé 40, 2720 Vanløse is invoiced after the session.

Booking and confirmation

Your booking is final only when you receive a confirmation. Online bookings are confirmed after verified payment and include a Google Meet link. In-person bookings are confirmed by calendar invitation and email.

Withdrawal, changes and cancellation

You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for an online booking. If the session is within that period, you separately request that the service may begin before the period expires. If you cancel before the session has begun, any online prepayment is refunded. The right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully delivered after your express request.
