Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 to help me understand which pages people visit, how they found the site and whether they click an email or phone link. A contact click does not tell me whether a message was sent or a call took place.
Google receives a cookie identifier, page and campaign information, browser and device information and the network information needed to receive the request. Analytics removes URL fragments and query parameters except checked campaign tags. The setup does not send the email address or phone number you click, message content or form answers. Analytics is off on body therapy pages.
Advertising features, Google Signals and remarketing are off. User and event data retention is set to two months. Google processes analytics data for this service under its data processing terms. Cookies and your saved choice
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Without permission, the site does not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics. If you allow analytics, Google uses first party cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by the stream identifier. They are configured to expire after 90 days without extending that period on each visit.
Choose Reject analytics to withdraw permission. This stops analytics on subsequent page loads and removes the Analytics cookies this site can access. Data already sent is not recalled. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may show the choice again. The site also remembers your motion preference locally.
Website delivery and messages
The hosting service and Cloudflare process connection information, including IP addresses and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from optional Google Analytics.
If you email or call me, I use the information you provide to respond and handle our conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial message.
Your rights
You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by writing to jacob@topmoller.com. The rights that apply depend on the information and purpose. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
